King's Estates is offering land overlooking the West Richmond Education Center, which is a Grade 5-8 elementary/junior high school), and the Strait Richmond Hospital. We are about 8 minutes away from Richmond Academy, which is a Grade 9-12 high school.

It is 10 minutes away from the Strait of Canso super-port where all the major industries are. The Strait of Canso is the deepest ice-free port in North America. There is also approval for a petro-chemical plant to be built on the Strait. Plus, there is a container terminal in the process of coming here. There are 2 boat launches minutes away.

The property of King's Estates is in a community of about 200 families. There are three shopping malls in the town of Port Hawkesbury, which is only about 10 minutes away. The land is very good, with no swamp-land in sight. It is excellent for development of various sorts (e.g. farming).

The land has a great view of islands and bays that are off the coast of where I live, not to mention the vast ocean. There is great fishing on the river inhabitant that goes past us, and canoeing is always a fine activity to take part in. The land runs along the paved road in the center of Evanston, and overlooks most of the community.
